DENVER (AP) - A mother accused of performing oral sex on her toddler son and e-mailing photos of it to a friend has been charged with sexual assault and incest.

Police say 31-year-old Alicia Lee of Denver sent the pictures to a friend, who forwarded them to the 2-year-old boy's father. The father then called police.

According to a copy of the e-mail reported by the Rocky Mountain News, the mom told her friend in April that she thought about the sex act while changing the boy's diapers. The next day, she sent a photo of the act to a friend and said the boy giggled.

The child was placed in foster care last month. Lee is free on $50,000 bond and is due again in court Monday.

And to think, people who want to adopt have to jump through hoops like trained poodles to prove they'll be alright with a kid, but any ol' fuckup can just have one.

When my son's were babies women would comment on their genitalia and it sickened me inside because it is pedophilia. You don't hear fathers/uncles/male friends saying to a parent of a baby girl, "Look at that... she's gonna break a lot of hearts with that one right there" or the equally sick "oh poor thang its so little" This is why doctors have stopped taking ultrasound pictures of male genitalia, my doc told me that it became too "controversial" so they stopped giving those "oh its a boy!!" pics to parents. It may seem innocent, but this mentality is where it stems from, sick.

uhh...it appears your saying what this woman did is not uncommon...and god help us all it better be uncommon! I understand what your saying as far as commenting on a naked boy child versus a naked girl child but really I think commenting on the cuteness of any naked baby is INNOCENT and not steeped in pedophillia... but...I've never had anyone comment at all about my children so perhaps if that had happened I might feel differently...I dunno, my kids don't run around naked too often and when they do it's only my husband and I or perhaps a grandparent.

exactly, usually that is simply a celebration of the beauty and perfection of a child. I love to look at my guys in all their glory, being children, being wonderful, little creations of God. I hate that a few bad apples like this one, ruin things for everyone else

but I have heard people say about (fully clothed) girls and boys about how they will be "heartbreakers" and such...I say that about my boys..cause they are sooooo handsome!

Since I never saw the photos I could not tell you. I'm not defending her - I only have a scrap of information to go by, and I am skeptical at best. I guess if that is how she gets off, that is totally ALIEN to me as a mother, I cannot understand it, and find it hard to believe - I guess I live a sheltered life over here, and am usually spared all the shit that is all over the news
