all in a day's food

1/2 cup organic lowfat strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup kashi go lean crunch
english breakfast tea w/2 sugars and splash of skim milk

bunch of baby carrots
1/2 cup red pepper hummus

small apple

1/2 cup wasabi peas

6 onion crackers w/1 serving laughing cow cheese

1 1/2 cups corn and roasted pepper soup
2 veggie samosas

1 green tea ice cream mochi

And I come out at about 1300 calories. Which means I should probably forget the dessert as I'm 100 calories over for the day. And I should have made a salad for more raw veggies.
sigh

What are you eating today?? smile

I've just checked my soup 1 cup minestrone 233 calories. I made this without oil or meat, so it might be even less calories then? I'd happily eat a bowl of it twice a day (which would be about 3 cups worth) that's only about 600 calories!
I make up the rest with chips and soft drinks confused

Yeah, a cup and a half of my roasted pepper and corn soup is only 165 calories and it's sooooo yummy!

But I can't just drink that all day long.

Or can I? hmmm

make sure you have baking paper under them, cut them up first, and lay them all pretty flat, so no bits stick up too much more than other bits. Adjust them regularly to keep them blackening evenly. I don't use the oven, I grill them, kind of more convenient.
Then put the pieces into a plastic bag to let sweat and cool down, should be easy to peel black skin off then!

I had a doctor's appointment this morning so I skipped breakfast and opted for the tetanus/flu shot combo. drool

I had this for lunch:

And of course I had this with it:

I had a handful of trail mix to give me some energy before I went to the gym.

My gym was having a member appreciation dinner so after I worked out I ate a pulled pork sandwich, a scoop of corn and a very small peanut butter cookie. Not sure why a gym is offering its members pulled pork and cookies but whatev. shrug
