seriously, i'm 38 and it's no big deal. i think i had some problems adjusting around the end of my 20s and my early 30s, but that more to do with external stressors than it did with my own weirdness about turning 30.

I guess I don't think much about it therfore I don't feel getting older sucks

Hey, I'm turning 19 on Monday. I feel (And obviously appear to be) much older. Then again, I still realize that I'm just a big kid. Especially since I haven't gotten out on the right track in life just yet.

I hate it and have always hated it.

I'm 33.

36 here and 37 in November...

Oddly enough I havent really had any issues with getting older When all my friend were freaking out about turning 30 I didn't see it as any drama
And now my 40th birthday is only 2 years away Im actually looking foreward to it I am going to have the BIGGEST damn party I can have and celebrate the Hell out of it

unless i start hagging out bigtime and wake up one morning to see wilfred brimley staring back at me in the mirror, getting older isn't much of an issue to me. my hair's getting greyer by the day, but it's all still on my head. got all my teeth. don't need a wheelchair. far as i'm concerned, i'm still stylin'.

You're still young enough to achieve the things you expect yourself to be doing though.

I didn't release my first CD until I was 24, even though I had been recording most of my life.

Things do seem to speed up through your mid to late 20s, but I'm feeling good as I near 30. I almost feel like a grown-up.

All joking aside I have to say that although it would be nice to look 23 again I'm glad I'm not 23 again.

I'm so much happier. I'm sure of myself. I know who I am and what I want. I don't feel like I'm trying to "find myself" anymore. I'm wiser and I'm more settled. I feel peaceful and that is worth it's weight in gold.

I was in a panic that I was aging... I am single with no kids, and I felt like the end was near.
Then last year I turned 40, and realized that I look & feel great! I run into former classmates & I feel like, because "At least I don't look like THAT"

I have the health, energy & freedom 2 do what I want...plus the finances!
