Have you ever named your car?

Today is National Name Your Car Day so I was wondering how many of you have ever named your car? When I was in high school, I knew a guy who named his older mustang, "Chachi." My friend used to have an old Geo Metro from the 90's and had named it, "Bertha." Any unusual names? How did you know that was the right name for your car?

It's also National Custodial Workers Day so let them know how much you appreciate them and if they are slackers, dont' remind them just for today. wink

I had a red car for short time and named it "Blood Countess". I kept a copy of the paperback in the rear dashboard. It was my lame attempt to make the car more goth.

I don't even remember what the make and model was. lol

How did you come up with the name? Did it just "feel" right? smile

lol OH! If the liscence plate would've had 1334 in there, you could've named it Rozz. Now THAT would've done the trick. nod

I hated the fact that my car was red and not black. The cool numerology in the license plate number wouldn't have helped. lol But hey, you don't get a car for the color, right? Every car I've owned since then has been black with goth stickers on the back.

My old car was named Rusty Wallace because it was a rust bucket. My car now is named Salsa because it's an orange/red color. One day I'll put a fin on top of it and pretend it's a salsa shark.
