I dont sleep nekkid for some of the reasons already mentioned...such as kids not being well or jumping into our bed in the middle of the night (wich can be inconvenient for 2 reasons )

It depends on the day, temperature, and my mood. It's usually with a t-shirt/tanktop and panties, but sometimes naked and sometimes I'll sleep with sweatpants and t-shirt and a hoodie on top of that.
