What's your favorite beer?

I've been drinking quite a bit of Dos Equis Amber lately. But I tried one the other day I thought was very good, Fat Tire, a Belgian beer. I had never seen it before.

Lapin kulta has a very fresh taste, like mineral water.

I will tell you I'm not a beer drinker. And overall I'm not. Given the choice, I will choose wine or a cocktail 9 times out of 10. But sometimes, you DO just need a beer. And there are some beers I find absolutely delcious.

My favorite beers ever are made at a local pub (that only serves the beer they make). My favorites of all they've got are a Gose ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gose ) and a hefeweizen ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wheat_beer ). They must be drunk sitting outside on a warm (but not too hot) sunny day with at least 3 other friends for top enjoyment.

This summer, some freinds also discovered :

Which is local and very yummy.

I love love LOVE beer.

I love trying new ones. From stouts and porters to unfiltered wheats and pilsners, beer makes me very happy.

I don't like IPAS though. Yuck.

A good pour of Guinness is a fucking orgasmic experience. And we should probably own stock in Samuel Adams. Their Boston Lager, Octoberfest, Summer Ale, Double Bock, Black Lager, Cream Stout...take your pick. Sometimes you'll find a 12-pack sampler and that's fun.

And sometimes I really love an ice cold can of Budweiser. shrug It reminds me of my dad.

I love beer.

Why did you bother posting? You must by some sort of moralist. I can't stand those who try to push their twisted morality on others. If you don't have a favorite beer, you shouldn't be posting on a thread about favorite beers. Get a life and get over yourself.

For years I would always be the guy ordering the microbrew beer at a bar. Saranac, Magic Hat, Ithaca Beer Company. If it wasn't microbrew, I would grab a Guiness. Last year, I was hanging out with someone who didn't care for microbrews, so we would grab Pabst. Now, I could care less about a snotty microbrew.
Currently, my favorite beer is Utica Club, which is probably very hard to get outside of upstate NY.

is that better than Peroni?

Peroni is much better than Heineken IMO, it has the same taste as Coronas.
And Coronas are barf.
In fact Peroni taste nothing even close to Heineken or Coronas.
Ive been having a beer taste test this past month, and Peroni wins by miles. nod

It won the Gold Medal for the best Lager 2 years in a row at the Chicago Beer Championships. I've had Peroni & Moretti. Moretti is a little better than Peroni. But Menebrea is way better than both! I've given it it 2 hardened beer drinkers & they've said it's the bst ber thaey've ever had! In fact it's probably a bit too drinkable considering it's a 5.1%

Red Stripe, but it has to be the one sold IN Jamaica cuz the imported version has less alcohol and doesn't taste as smooth.
