Human Cloning and any type of invetro methods are also out of the equation. The scenario involves absolutely no possibility to procreate any further.

I do, though, think that within 20-30 years, wars would end completely...and there would be one unified "government"..afterall, it's the desire to obtain and keep power and property which is behind much of the world's government conflicts...if the human race is dying out, then issues like keeping and maintaining possession of land starts to become moot...as we humans die out, so too do the concepts of borders...I imagine also that a global census would replace the individual country's census...we'd have more at stake in keeping "tabs" of the world population as it dwindles, and not just our country's population...I also imagine that every death would take on significance in our collective eyes and soul far more than it does now...there'd be nightly reports of the number of deaths that day, instead of just highlighting the most grisly and shocking ones...

Unless you left a loophole open, mankind would be completely extinguished within a century or so. So what would life matter except to have a party? Right now, I'm hoping that some of what I do in my life will stand the test of time. That would all go out the window...

Also, the stock market would crash since future earnings would be guaranteed to be worthless within 100 years.
