A lot of aging is what we put into our bodies, stress, bad habits, sleep deprivation and for the very unlucky ones....genes.

Anti-aging is huge right now, baby boomers do not want to get old. Perhaps you could change some things in your life and it will help!

i think it's interesting watching gen-xers get older. we're always thought of as grouchy teenagers or stoned college students. now people our age have kids and mortgages. i wonder if our generation will be as aging-phobic as the boomers, or if it's just going to be a universal preoccupation as cosmetic surgery technology continues to improve.

I don't know what age I can pass for but people tell me I look younger all of the time. A couple of weeks ago some grown ass man named George from Popeyes thought I was 16-17. When I told him I was 21 he almost dropped his 2 piece.
