Yup. Your body gets used to the crap and just kinda takes it. Same with smoking. Then when you stop all that stuff comes out and then later if you go back to it your poor, poor body hates it. lol comfort

Ugh! my brother and I ate too much and the food wasn't even good, plus it was seriously junk and it gave him some major gas! feeling ill

Making your own raw cashew icecream is much richer, creamier and tastier than any of the icecream alternatives (gelato, 'ricecream', soycream, etc.) you can by in the store. drool

Lawd, after getting back from the UK, I swapped over to a strange quazi 'flexitarian' diet, where I allowed myself to eat anything I wanted but tried to focus on raw fruits and veggies as much as possible.
In theory it was supposed to work, but in reality I was eating things like Sheppard's pie and other unhealthy dishes--look, I grew a bit fond of the Brits and what they like to put in their mouths over there, if you know what I mean rolleyes

But a couple weeks ago I realized that I was really just eating the SAD (Standard American Diet) just with increased fruits and veggies whenever possible. It was time to back away from that again.

So, I'm back to eating mostly Vegan, vegitarian and raw-vegan food, and already I'm feeling like a million dollars again. I'm not saying eating meat is evil or bad, but certainly at the rates we American consume it, and the ways which we prepare it, not to mention where that meat actually comes from (malnuourished, drugged up factory animals), it takes it's toll on our health and wasteline.

Tonight I had the following (taken in my house with my own camera drool )

RAW Burritos (mad with ground sunflower seeds, avacado, and spices), homemade fresh mango salsa, and mangoes.

For desert I had homemade creamy cashew based icecream, with a touch of peanut butter, sliced bananas and sprinkled cashews. drool

How is Dinner Served with you this weekend?

Okay. I can get down with this but you SERIOUSLY need to break down the lettuce burritto, because I need to know exactly what "SPICES" are in the sesame paste to keep it from being a standard ole tahini evil...

...had too many panini sammiches in Italy last week, and now I'm pying for it big time hrmph
