I like so many different cusines...but my favorite things I like to cook are in the following catagories:

Soul Food: Collard Greens, Chicken & Cornbread dressing, Peach Cobbler

Japanese: Wakame Miso Soup, Tamagoyaki, Agadashi dofu, Tsukemono, Tonjiru

Latin: Picadillo (!!!!!),

Thai: Green Curry, Tom Yun Goong, and (LAWD H'AMMERCY!) Laab Namtok Beef Salad

American: Mac & Cheese, Cobb Salad, Meatloaf, Blueberry Pancakes

Italian: Polenta, Gnocci, Fritatta, Bruschetta, Parpadelle, Risotto

Indian: Anything Masala, Cucumber Raita, Butter Chicken, Dal, Saag Panir

This sounds interesting! What is Ginnochi? I know it in Italian as the plural form of "knee"....also is the sauce tomato based or cheese based? I've done pastas in vodka sauce but this is new to me!

I hope I spelled it right. But it's a small kind of v- shaped pasta filled with chesse. I had it at a place called Magggiano's Little Italy. I believe it's a chain restaurant.

I recently tried Ethiopian food. Their spin on cottage cheese is yummy! The stewed meats and lentils are my fav and the wheat steamed bread (at least I think its steamed lol )

My favs are my are also anything dark chocolate, I never tire of my pork shoulder with my garlic paste rubbed in. Rican, Chinese, Sushi, Soul Foods, Italian, Indian, Jamaican (stewed curried meat like goat is a fav and saltfish and aki), actually I like all types of food lol
