Where do you live ? Is there a Boots drugstore in your vicinity ? Try Boots Witch Hazel Oil, that is really good, I know some girls who swear by it. Also, there´s a cream by Nivea especially for dark rings under your eyes. Tea bags are also good.And get some sleep.

Be careful before rubbing the Boots product into your skin though because you never know whether you are allergic or not or whether Boots have changed the ingredients in the past couple of years but, as far as I know, it should still be the same. Personally , I use the Nivea stuff simply because the bottle is much smaller and easy to carry around in my bag. I have also tried several other products but the area underneath your eyes is pretty sensitive and some products made my skin burn a bit after a while. No big deal but my eyes looked a bit red that´s why I´m saying you should ask the people at the counter for a sample first or else you end up with a big bottle and can´t even use it.
