Okay..I am not one to try new foods, but I am glad I tried this. It's called che dau tran and I love it!!! It's a Vietnamese dessert, with rice, beans, and coconut milk. I didn't think I would like it when I first had it, but now I can't get enough of it. It's such a huge treat when a nice bowl of it is brought to me. YUM YUM





So my question to my fellow orgers is this...have you ever tried a new dish that you were pretty sure you wouldn't like until you broke down and tried it?

It's great. It's similar to the Thai version which has sticky-rice, sweetened coconut, and tapioca.
