Spurs lost again to Arsenal

I'm pissed off 'cos Tottenham Hotspur just lost 3 - 0 to North London rivals,Arsenal in the English Premier Football League and my team who were once mighty in the 1980's are looking like also rans. I could change my religion, my nationality, my sexuality, my girlfriend quite easily but I can never change the fact that I support Tottenham Hotspur FC. Somebody help me.

Hoodle great player, is he up to the manager's job? Perhaps the Spurs board isn’t ambitious enough.

A lot of Spurs fans say "In GHod we trust" but to me that's blind optimism. Hod's bought a few players in his own image - Sheringham, Redknapp, Bunjecevic, Acimovic, but they're all too slow and the Prem's all about pace these days. So for me the jury's still out on Hod the manager.

As for the board they don't want a big debt like at Chelsea and Leeds but we need a big money striker to play alongside Robbie Keane and a pacy, penetrative midfielder like Lee Bowyer. We need these players to get into Europe but if we don't get into Europe the these players won't come so were in limbo.

There's a sickness at Spurs and it's called inconsisitent!

Dont be pissed off, thats silly. Arsenal are the team of the moment still...the best team in the country.
Why be pissed off? Tottenham are a great side. I love Tottenham. I believe Spurs can only get better with Hoddle, specially if they keep Etheringham and Davies.

Strange why i lvoe Tottenham, cuz I dont really have a reason. I live nowhere near London. I guess its cuz my all time favourite footballer is Gary Lineker and he was great 4 Spurs during their excellent late 80's early 90's era with the brilliant Gazza.

I still cheer 4 'em tho.

All hail Sexlovely! He just explained why people love Spurs because of the great and I mean GREAT players we've had down the years - Greaves, Blanchflower, MacKay, Chivers, Peters, Perryman, White, Clemence, Hoddle, Ardiles, Gazza, Waddle, Lineker, Archibald, Crooks, klinnsman, Ginola, Sheringham, Villa...

"Glory, glory Tottenham Hotspur and the Spurs go marching on, on on!

worship Me worship Greaves !!!

I so cant believe Greaves got injured during the '66 World Cup and missed out on winning the Cup. Hes argueably the greatest Striker this country's ever had.
But then, if he wouldnt have gotten injured Hurst wouldnt have taken his place and scored those oh so important goals.

So there U go Conscious U have all the belief and reason in the world 2 love Tottenham. And even if they keep missing out on a Champion League place by a mile or fuck up early during the UEFA Cup 2 a team no1 has ever heard of, U can always buy Championship Manager and make them the best team on your computer. wink

You forgot Gary Mabbet.

If Arsenal are the team of the moment and with Blackburn winning at Highbury. Celtic easily beating Blackburn twice. This must make Celtic the Champions of Britian. nuts

There's having a sense of humour but fact is fact. Unless u're Scottish perhaps.

This humour is too avant-garde for me, I need something at least slightly grounded in reality.
