Why does this happen? Do you buy more toiletries than you actually need or use? It seemed a good idea at the time..  I do this during the winter months on toilet paper never know when we are going to get a blizzard or something of the like. Or pretty much all year round if I know im going to be short next paycheck. I do it all the time.
I like trying new makeup or whatever. The crappy thing is that you really can't tell what something will look like on you unless you actually try it on. You don't have that opportunity at the drug store so I end up buying stuff that I think I'll like or that I think will look good on me and then I get it home and am like.... 
But, I am also a sucker for little lotions and stuff too. I have gotten better though, but I still do it. | |

No... I just have much less money than I used to. So, I forced myself to cut back.
