Who's your favorite movie monster?

Okay, Halloween's over, but I never can get enough of movie monsters! Who are your favorites? Of course, I know you all loved me in The Creature From The Black Lagoon, but who are some others? Freddy? Jason? The Mummy? Godzilla?

Heck, if you want, you can even get specific as to which incarnation of your favorite monster you like best (Bela Legosi, Christopher Lee or Gary Oldman for Dracula?)!!!

I have to send a tribute up to my Hungarian father and say Bela Lugosi as Dracula...he was just hypnotizing! I don't know of many other Shakesperian trained actors (Educated at the Budapest Academy of Theatrical Arts) who played that particular monster...

David Kessler, the character that David Naughton plays in the movie, 'An American Werewolf In London'. If anybody hasn't seen it yet, they should. The movie came out in 1981. The special effects were done by Rick Baker and it was directed by John Landis. Michael Jackson got Rick Baker and Tom Landis to sign on for the Thriller video after that.

My other fave would be 'Bruce The Shark' from the 1975 classic movie JAWS.

That ones cool, but the normal "soldier" or "warrior" Alien that's my favorite... That thing is sexy, if I ever come to have sex with an alien it should look like that...

Good choices all! Some of my fave monsters were here. I must point out, however, that Nep2nes is NOT from the Black Lagoon. I've lived there all my life, and I've never seen her around these parts. She might be from the Sunnydale Hellmouth, however. Someone should ask Buffy if she's ever run into her!

Good choice with Bela, although I must point out that the great Christopher Lee also played Drac, and he is a classically trained Shakespearean actor as well!
