(Keep in mind that I'm using these examples because they are both disturbing and convenient).

How is it that a person gets their ass kicked and arrested for spitting, swearing, and cutting somebody off (might as well arrest everybody in NYC), but you can hang a baby over a railing 6 floors up and there's no ass whooping?

I realize there's always been huge inconsistencies in our justice system, but damn. You can risk the lives of children, because what...they're your property? And spitting, swearing and cutting somebody off is an arrestable crime? Or is it failure to let the police kick your ass the crime?

well..michael is in germany...but i doubt he would have been arrested for it here either...i dunno...

Spitting on someone can be dangerous however..germs and all that stuff ya know. Driving defensively can be too. Might run someone off the road. Cursing can also hurt someones feelings. It's all relative.

First, I think we all know there's more productive things to do than talk about shit on Prince.org. that's a given, and that's nodbody's business but our own and isn't up for grabs.

Second, if I EVER recklessly endanger the life of another, let alone a child, I wish a mob of angry people and their cameras would kick my ignorant ass 12 times.

Third, maybe people are just tired of seeing children being sacraficed for the emotional needs of their parents.

Fourth, and speaking personally, this thread was started as a question of justice, not a question of MJ, but it went there, and that's ok. obviously people have feelings about this, so let em get their panties unbunched.
