In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

I have no idea shrug

All the things I am doing NOW are the things I aspired to growing up.
I would like to travel now, I guess that is what ALL old folks want to do for the rest of their days biggrin

As much as I might try to deny it, I get this feeling that being in the military is what I was supposed to be doing...I've never gotten the warm and fuzzy from any other job I've had...

...and now that I'm a mediator and EO advisor, I want to make a difference in the lives of people who may still harbor ill will and feelings towards folks different from themselves..

I really want to move out of the US and be able to support myself doing nothing but fighting for kids with autism.

Sadly, with it on the rise as it is, I do see you being able to achieve that goal. Advocates with your strong, stubborn abilities are going to be in demand. Most importantly, you are driven by compassion and love thus the movement will be blessed to have you on board.

I need to serve people with the second half of my life. I have worked in a shallow industry for the last 24 years. Not that I didn't inject depth to it, but I need something that serves on a deeper level.

Being the strong personality I know I am, it must serve my endless need for growth and mind food. I also can't see the same people day in and day out. I thrive on the human experience I get from masses.

I have selected the sciences. RN with a Bachelors will likely fill the bill. It provides a way to serve people, meet massive numbers and even fulfills my travel needs. ( Both in a paid and unpaid capacity.)

write and direct film and theatre -- probably my biggest dream

be in a deep enjoyable long-term relationship with someone I feel passionate about being with

have children in my life, even if they're not my own (or especially! wink)

own a house

live on a quiet beach, step off my porch, bare feet in sand, and go for a swim

I wanted lots of things, but more than all I wanted a job. Now I have it, and I want to keep it. Have a "normal" life.

I was disabled for a time and it's good to have been thru things and just b happy where u r. It took years.

In the ten next years, I'd like to open a community center for kids from age 0 to 4 and their parents.

I'd like to find someone to draw my coming book

I'd like to finish the book I started some years ago.

I'd like to learn again how to draw and practice.

I'd like to have lots of shoes and new furnitures.

But, hey, everything's possible.

that's great...maybe you can find help with the drawing here...
i can do a pretty good job.....i'm working on getting pictures
of my pictures..taking a long time..just sayin'....

OK. Me too. Seriously. Ever since I read that letter in TV week where a guy said he was sure he was meant to be up there amongst the stars.
I always wanted to be captain apollo or lieutenant starbuck, or at the very least their assistant, willing to do anything innocent

Probably in an ideal world I'd live on an island in the Puget Sound and make art and have parties and do volunteer work and play, play, play. Have no real responsibilities.

But in a world where I have to make a living, I really truly want to be a doctor. And I'm working on it. My med school prerequisites are mostly complete and I'm submitting my application this month. smile
