This morning, a bit sluggish and headachey..

I wake up feeling pretty good. I like mornings.

Generally - good

But the question is, do you go to bed at 7?! I used to have a roommate that got up at Four in the morning to do her daily chores by 7 so she had the rest of the day free to herself. Mind you, I was working and I was paying the rent and that shit lasted all of 2 seconds. I told her she needed to wait to do her chores until I left and she actually cried because she was on a schedule and used to it and needed to do her shit that early. I'm like no bitch, I got 3 hours of sleep that I need and I will throw that vacuum out the fuckin window if you turn it on one more time this early

mornings are easy for me, but lately I've been pretty tired.

I like to be in bed by 9:30, asleep by 10:30 at the latest (I read in bed every night).

I get up at 5:45 on weekdays and sleeping past 7am on weekends is WAY sleeping late for me.

I get up at 5:30 and I try and sleep till 10 or 11 on Saturday's cuz it's the only day I get to sleep in

when I was 19-20, I had bad sleeping problems... Anxiety played a huge role in that, but I'm fine today..

Glad to hear your sleep problems have been resolved. Part of my problem is a noisy neighbor downstairs who makes noise and wakes me up at 6 - 6:30 in the morning.
