Weird Science And The Blues Brothers: Two Good 80s Movies I watched these two movies recently and I laugh everytime I see them.
Weird Science..I really thought Anthony Michael Hall was going to blow up, but he didn't. I really don't care too much for those teen comedies, but I loved this movie. But THE SCENE is that bar club scene where Anthony Hall is at the table with the girl he created played by Kelly Le Brock and the brothas and he has had a few drinks under his belt and he has that cigar in his mouth..."Hey man let me tell you my story man"(snapping his fingers)...(LOL) I'm sure fans of LIL MAN noticed that his song "Private Joy"is played during the movie. The Blues Brothers...I felt if John Belushi hadn't died, he would have had a very successful movie career. He was so funny in this movie. My scene was that church scene, when he "sees the light" and start turning flips down the aisle in the church featuring Sir James Brown as the preacher. Then of course I love those crazy dance steps him and Dan does. This movie is excellent. "Hey...we're putting the band back together". That country and western club scene was funny too. I never get tired of watching this movie. | |
