NFL: Denver Broncos...........

Did anyone see that Denver Broncos game yesterday? That was a great game marred by a bad call. Gotta love the coach 4 going 4 the win instead of the tie.

Ballsy move, especially at home. That game was much better than watching the Bears flounder around the field.

Terrible call, but what can be done? Will Hoculli be sanctioned? I think putting some sort of punishment in place would make refs more squeamish about calls in the future. It's tough to say what should be done.

Great coaching call.

The refs are a part of the game. There is NOT much u can do besides instruct them NOT 2 blow the whistle which makes no sense.

The Bears are sad. They will be lucky 2 get 5 wins this year.

I was able to catch the end of it....after the Patriots win over NY, without Tom Brady, without "spygate" and even without Maroni for most of the game, oh and pretty much without Moss too since he only made two catches.

But yes, Broncos game was very exciting!

Hoculli should be definitely be suspended. All the Chargers hard work undone because of his incompetence. That sh!t can make or break your season.

I feel bad for the Jets Monday night. Chargers are an angry, desperate team trying to save their season.

Suspended 4 an inadvertent whistle?

Damn right! That moron cost San Diego a crucial win. You can't have that when your season's only 16 games. I agree with Norv - an apology's not good enough.

Interesting. If they do that, the whistle will stop blowing.....and injuries will go UP.

He's a good ref who made a mistake. I feel for San Diego, but all they had to do was... oh, I don't know, stop Eddie Royal on one of the two times Denver ran that play. I mean, damn!

The order will most likely be Packers, Bears, Vikes, Lions.

Unfortunately. confused

I don't know how Matt Millen keeps his job. He's the Isiah Thomas of the NFL.

Just heard on WFAN - Hoculli was graded down for yesterday's gaffe.

As he should. He's still a good ref -- one mistake doesn't change that.
