Bikini Wax, Brazilian Wax, or just plain ole' razor???

Ladies, have any of you had a bikini or brazilian waxing before? I haven't was reading about it in Essence magazine. I can see how it is better because you don't get those awful razor or ingrown hair bumps, even my GYN suggested doing waxings instead of shaving the pubes.

So if any of you have had the service before can you tell me if it hurt really bad or not, and how long the waxing lasted before the hairs started growing back?
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

do the brasilian wax, it's not so bad if you go to a good place to have it done. feels nice afterwards. cool

Waxing's more effective and cheaper in the long run.

But I shave. I don't like the idea of having to let it all grow out again before I could wax again.

I just make sure I use good, hot water, a fresh razor, lots of shaving cream, and lotion afterwards. Works dandy for me, and I rarely have issues with bumps. thumbs up!

You have to let it grow all the way back in order to get re-done??? That kind of sucks. So this is like an occasional thing then, even though the celebs probably do it on a regular basis????

No, you don't have to let it all grow back. And it would be pointless to - since not all of the hair follicles are active at any given time. There's also the fact that if you wait to let it all grow back, every waxing will be as painful as the first.

You just have to have enough hair that's long enough for the wax to grab.

Most waxing methods need at least 3 cm of hair before it can be done. Any less and the wax will just rip at skin and not take the hairs out.
