ACL injuries.

Anyone ever have one.

I've self diagnosed myself. I will be going to the doctor to get it checked out though.

Last week I was closing my front door and I was at a weird angle. I don't remember hearing my knee pop or anything I just remember it feeling weird and unstable. It doesn't really hurt.

I've been doing my research and it may be a ACL injury. The good thin is that if it is confirmed to be that, I can rehab it by working out my leg muscles.

Rolling, please no knee jokes.

I self diagnosed one about 15 years ago. I rested it and it got better--sort of. I still get some pain and feel like it's not as strong as it was. The thing is, they don't repair. The injury may subside, but the tear won't fix itself.

If it's small you can live with it (but do you want to?) but if it's bad enough, no amount of rest will help, you need a doctor.

Thanks love.

My left knee has bothered me for a while now. It's hard for me to sit at the movies over 2 hours because of it. I'm positive it has to do with all the running on concrete I used to do.

Bruv, I've had knee injuries before but never ACL. However, I know a fair few fella at work who have and they all say it hurts like a bastard! If you felt no pain, just a lot of discomfort, it may possibly be "mis-self-diagnosed" confused As informative as it is, the t'internet can throw up all sorts of shit when one tries to self-diagnose. I've got it wrong trying that before. See what your Doc says.

Get well soon, lad wink
