So you saw it to??? If you saw the movie...of course you did. It cannot be denied.

But it's ok if you don't want to admit you watched it.

Anxiety

i'm not really sure why i'm avoiding this movie like the plague. is it

a) because it's patently offensive;
b) because it's one of those things i would be embarrassed to be caught watching, a la "daddy day care" or "operation: dumbo drop"; or
c) because it's really, really....no, REALLY...baaaaad

???

or maybe it's good and it's getting a bad rep. i have to reprogram people all the time who are of the opinion that romy & michelle was a horrible movie, when they'd never even SEEN it.

I found it enjoyable, but I can see not everyone liking it.

I wouldn't have walked out on it if I'd seen it in the theater.

ThreadBare

I don't mean to infuse anything into this thread, but I was kind of put off that a Tina Fey (whom I really like) movie would have so many messed up black jokes and characters. I caught at least one popping his eyes. And, the "no black babies" jokes at the beginning... disbelief Disappointing.
