house painters make me want to bash their faces in Do all painters try and guilt you into thinking they are doing the greatest job when they know damn well they are only doing minimal in effort to get the job over with.
They talk about how they are doing more than what you were quoted. They constantly make opened-ended comments about how great its looks wanting you to agree as if your agreement is a contract. stfu and do the damn job you were contracted to do.

Do you have a written agreement/contract?
Did you pay them some money and pay some more in middle of the job and then pay them the balance after it's done? Only pay what you think it's worth. Check with your BBB on them. I think there just pissed off horatio that you want them to spend their time painting rainbows on the walls.

I think that's about the same you experience in all service businesses...especially furniture. When I moved this summer, I had the worse experience ever with a Haverty's Furniture. They are suppose to be known for excellent customer service, and supreme quality furniture....well I got the opposite, a money hungry sales woman who didn't care when they didn't deliver all my furniture on the day they were suppose to and when they did finally deliver "most" of the pieces, the furniture was shitty. I only kept the furniture that at least looked decent and sent half the order back and went to the "Room Store" - a move I wish I would have made initially. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
