the only time i feel any type of self worth is when i've created something...which makes sense, but it also explains why i can't get anything i create more then 2 inches off the ground once i've finished creating it

You get one shot at life. That alone should be motivation enough. If you have an idea of what you want to achieve then break it down into sub goals. Write it down, and check off each smaller goal you achieve along the way.

The fact that you feel and recognise yourself to 'a loser' tells me that you rightfully believe you are worth more and see the need for change. Thats a very positive start.. you just need to recognise it as that.

Books are a great way to get motivated and i dont mean those 'change your life' nonsense books. Who do you admire? Read about subjects and people you admire. How did they succeed? What obstacles did they face?

take responsibilty for your own life. never point fingers as to why you are not where you should be. Your life and the quality it is in rests soley with the individual.

Life is hard. I get dizzy have headaches.

None of you are losers. Don't ever say that about yourself.

The first step is realizing that "God don't make no junk" and I don't mean that in a religious way whatsoever. You are the perfect human being, you just need to realize it.

Pick yourself up by the hair if necessary and do things that make you feel better about yourself. Some people exercise, others read books, some people write, just do whatever YOU do to make yourself feel worthy. Reading and music does it for me.

Then, there's the comparison angle. You're not living in Iraq without a family, you have internet access (a lot of people don't), you're not forced to work in a labor camp (most of N. Korea), you're not in prison (like a huge percentage of people in this country) and I bet you have enough to eat, even if it's not the best of the best, you also have clean water. Tell the people in Africa what a loser you are and guess their reaction!

Take the advice from this thread, the Org has some brilliant minds...(some)

Perspective is what you make it!

when you have lived off your mother for 50 years, you can call yourself a loser. Until then, you are a 20 something year old cat with hella talent, ambition and drive. Until they put you in the ground, you have the chance to take a new shot at it everyday.
