Which one should I try tomorrow on my date ?

A Portuguese influenced dish (Hot!) i can't speak for the meat part of the dish, but in terms of the recipe i think you can rarely go wrong with korma. though when i go out for indian food with my omnivore friends, they always go for the chicken vindaloo - i guess that's a crowd pleaser for the meat eating indian food lovers out there. i will admit, i'm impressed by how red it is. | |
