HOW WOULD YOU NOTICE SOMEONE'S PERSONALITY FIRST?
Are these men giving up their seats on the train to pregnant women or the elderly? Are they laying down their coats over puddles? Empress said: Stymie said: Personality.
Exactly! Obviously, if he's butt ugly I might not be able to get past that, but the personality usually comes first with me. He has to have intelligence, compassion, respect for women and a job. Not at McDonalds either. He needs to be able to look after himself financially as look after a family too.

Long story short, I ended up dating a guy who I was not physically attracted to because his mind blew me away. His intelligence and personality made him physically "hot" to me.Are these men giving up their seats on the train to pregnant women or the elderly? Are they laying down their coats over puddles? Are these men giving up their seats on the train to pregnant women or the elderly? Are they laying down their coats over puddles? The question didn't say "notice first", it said "look for first"...as in it being a purposeful search and not just an instinctual reaction.

Are they laying down their coats over puddles? he approached me and we started talking and even though he wasn't my "type" (i had a type back then) I was really attracted to him because of his personality and the way he treated me.
