Only two things come to mind:

1) There are two small scars (from surgery) on my abdomen... I woudn't mind those disappearing.

2) To the extent that it's "cosmetic surgery," the idea of permanently correcting my vision with laser eye surgery seems interesting. But I know that some people have had bad experiences with it, and I'm not sure I'm willing to undergo such a procedure, which can't be reversed if it doesn't work out. To borrow an idea from Cecil Adams, being nearsighted and having to wear glasses/contacts just isn't much of a handicap.

Other than that... I can't think of anything I'd want that cosmetic surgery could do for me. I'm pretty much happy the way I am.

I often thought of a nose job but my fiance told me that my nose is not so bad. She also told me that, well, if my nose is like that , nevermind!

She's right! I am how I am!! also I'd rather give a chance for those who really need this kind of surgery (accident victims etc...)

Penis enlargement is still not possible, so I guess I'll give the money to friends in need.

I'd like to have my brain removed and placed in an altogether hotter and more functional body. I hear that's expensive, though.

I tried that and it didn't take, so I had to have another procedure done to put me back in my original form. I got the special offer that was being advertised on the Home Shopping Network though, so mine wasn't too expensive. Maybe that's why it didn't work, because I got such a shoddy job on the whole thing.
