Are there any good sites (literature, news, satire etc) to visit for a man at work with nothing to do.

Unfortunately porn is out of the question, so i'm kinda stumped..

Some other cool sites are www.snopes.com (deals with urban legends/myths) and www.thestraightdope.com (answers random questions). Both very interesting and a good read in my opinion.

Agreed, the Day Today and BrassEye were great. Wonder what Chris Morris is doing now? I'm quite enjoying the new series of Alan Partridge anyway...

As for the web, it all sucks. Go read a book instead

I never read waiting to die. I know it was published in the guardian/observer. wasn't it a spoof jouranl from a journalist with a terminal illness, or contemplating suicide?
