If we are going monsters and not psycho serial killers than I would have to say the Aliens have it. Even if you manage to take one down, puncture its skin and you got acid spewing out all over you, talk about the ultimate defense  Receiving transmission from David Bowie's nipple antenna. Giger's influence was brilliant. A light year jump in monster design.
