Just peeped it again on cable and wanted to know how accurate it is. Like:

- Did the character Jerome really exist?

- Did he really fight for the "right" to teach his style of Kung Fu to Americans?

- And as a result of that fight, is that really how he got hurt and was basically immobile for a while?

- Did he really beat the dude that immobilized him in a re-match, and was it in under 60 seconds?

I've always respected that dude, especially when he was at UCLA and befriended Kareem and he taught Kareem his Jeet Kune Do. Cool shit, especially to see Kareem in Game of Death leave that big ass footprint on Bruce . So basically, how accurate was the flick to either the book it's based on or his real life? Thanks in advance.

In the audience was Hollywood hair stylist Jay Sebring (later one of Charles Manson's murder victims) who mentioned Bruce to TV producer William Dozier who wanted to follow up the Batman TV series with another comic book series called the Green Hornet.

Nevertheless, I thought it was an enjoyable flick and Jason Scott Lee did a good job. If you haven't noticed, I'm a big Bruce Lee fan

The best Bruce Lee-movie:

Speaking of Hollywood, Bruce hurt his back in 1970,(lifting weights) in the movie they had his back hurt in in mid 1960's. Gotta love creative license.

I wish they would have covered more of the real life drama on the set of "Blood & Steel".(Enter the Dragon) That would have made a good movie by itself.

Some of the movie extras were a part of the Triads and they were constantly dissing Bruce. Bruce whipped a whole lot of ass during the filming of that movie. I would love 2 have seen some of those real fights.
