i like your use of color and brushstrokes. reminds me of cezanne and matisse, with a touch of manet.

how big are your paintings, generally? are they for sale? Thank you. I definetly steal from cezanne and bay area figurative painters. That's what I'm told at least. :shurg: I would love to paint like Lucian Freud or Cecila Beux. I wish I could paint like that:

this is a poem i wrote some years back for an anti-gang youth program here in california, and was published many times. thought i'd share this until i find something newer to put up.
READ MY HEADSTONE READ MY HEADSTONE THE WORLD IS COLD & VIOLENT PRISON BARS AROUND MY THOUGHTS I'M HEADING 4 A DAWNING 16 & IN A GANG HOW DID I FIND MYSELF THIS WAY ?
