I can't get "Life Could Be Wonderful" from The Residents' "Demons Dance Alone" album out of my head, so that's been on rotation... 
I've had JC's "Personal File" on my shelf for a while but never took the time to really give it attention until yesterday. I think it may be one of my favorite Cash albums. Just him and his guitar, all alone in the studio, singing and talking about songs. Very relaxing for a lazy summer day. 
And then there's the new Beck album "Modern Guilt", which hasn't really hit me with its brilliance yet, but his albums never do on their first few listens. I like it, though. A nice attempt at 60s britpop. Really gear, baby. Groovy. | |
