I don't personally have any experience with this type of situation, but my questions (to him) would have to do with this:



Is he just doing the stripping to earn cash until his real estate stuff takes off and then he will focus on that full time? Or does he view stripping as a long-term career type o' thing? How long has he been stripping? What kind of gigs did he have before?

You have to make your own decision, but for me I think the answers to those questions would help gain insight into his motives, why he's stripping, etc.

Good point. We've talked about it and he doesn't plan to do it after he reaches 40. He's currently 37 and looks damn good still. His investments, according to him are doing well, so basically his motivation is easy money doing something fun which I can totally understand.
