I can't do half these shoes you all be posting up in here, have a bitch blistered and limping after one city block. 
here are my latest buys, shoes I can run & jump in 
these look great w/ jeans Borne wedge 
I can run track in these boots... and they accommodate my calves 
going back next week to get these two

 Boston is a "walking" city, I walk a lot, and I like having pretty toes. And yes.... always gotta be ready

The red wedge sandal is SO me. I remember going home to my mama's house and raiding her closet of the most fabulous wedge sandals from when I was little and she was young and hot stuff! The thing is, I'm not a bright red person, just like you see in that sandal's red, it had to have a deeper, bloodier color more similar to wine to claim my heart. I'm not sure, but I think you just inspired me to find a blood red shoe for the winter | |

Nowadays, I have to line a damn shoe (OR BOOT) with 50 million pads, corn pads,bunion relief cream, EVERYTHING 
...as the Lawd is my witness, do you know I sat out on this last 1 and 1/2 seasons' worth of shoes PERIOD, because just.could.not.withstand.the.heel.height ... I just can't do it like I used to... | |

On second thought, those red platform strippery looking shoes are soooo damn comfortable it's scary. The heel is 4 1/2 inches but I wore them around the house yesterday, after they came, and they didn't hurt at all.  I'm thinking about wearing those to the Nas/Talib Kweli concert tonight. 
These are really not my style but I loved the way they looked.
