That'd be one helluva bear! lol

My mother has seen similar stories and she's certain the internet is a place of various nondescript horrors. When I ask her what sort of stuff can happen to me by frequenting a Prince fansite, eBay and theological databases, she gets angry.

And my mother-in-law, a public school teacher who prides herself on being ultra hip, is not much different. She thinks even the smallest bit of information that I offer about myself will be used to steal my identity, empty out my bank accounts (which are already darned-near empty) or kidnap my daughter. confused

The 1st time I went to a Prince meetup, she kept leaving me voicemails. lol

yeah, I think the bear is dead now confused
but when I was there last summer, she did mention the bear, AGAIN.

My dad can't believe people use their real names on FaceBook, and made me swear not to join it mad

lol lol Sounds like my parents, 'cept they're 78 and 83. And my dad figured out iTunes and gets all happy 'cause he can hear 30 seconds of all his favorite songs. Mind you, he refuses to *buy* any of them. rolleyes

Nah. My mama wouldn't care but my dad'd probably think one of ya'll are gonna come to my house after I broadcast my adress for some reason and commit certain deeds. He almost knocked the shit out of me with a belt for being on a starwars forum when I was younger. (He couldn't prove it, I had closed the window and deleted the history) But now I can almost do w/e the hell I want.
Speaking of which, I think I might note my adress to Sirpsycho...
