HOUSTON One of the three teenagers accused of digging up a human skull and using it to smoke marijuana pleaded guilty Monday.

Kevin Jones, 17, admitted to digging up the body and making the skull into a bong.

Jones will have to spend two months in jail as a result of his plea.

He’s also serving an additional six months in jail for credit card abuse.

Being Texas, I'm suprised he isn't going to death row.

Two months is way too light a sentence. That was somebody's fucking HEAD he's smoking dope out of. There is a level of criminal insanity there.

How would you like to be his mom, explaining his crime to extended family?

But after seeing that scene on "Six Feet Under" where the friends mixed the ashes with coke and snorted them as a send off, I think my shock factor has been raised considerably, this is hardly surprising.

ahh...17 years old....2 months in jail is PLENTY of time served. now if this kid ever does something like that again...well throw away the key at that point.

they arent too expensive considering the jail time and other fines etc.
