i would say No.

my opinion is that she has to work out HARDER than most precisely because of her petite frame and height("5""4") low body fat and that she can build muscle is a plus,too. )

with that said, i think she's in great shape

she was looking pretty haggard there for awhile, stress and what not but whatever she's did between now and the middle of may she's improved
