Just wondering who you think needs more sensual stimulation. You see gentlemans clubs and sensual advertisements and places like Hooters, but you never see anything closly similar for women. If you do it's few and far between.

Why do you think this is? And is it true? Do women need less and males in general (gay & straight) need more. This is not to mean SEXUAL (porn and prostitutes) but Sensual.

Wait, do you just mean visual stimulation via the female form?

I think men need (or want) more visual stimulation. But look at the romance novel/soap opera industry. That's mainly for women.

I don't think it's a matter of more or less but rather what we find "stimulating" is more often than not different.

As for women not having things geared to them visually...I think it's more of a case of men controlling those decisions. I think if more women were in those positions we'd see it more.

And I think there's a lot of reasons, but I don't think the "amount" is the main culprit. I think men and women see things differently, I think what Erin said - that men are the ones making those decisions - is part of it, I think companies don't always know how to market to women, I think they're afraid of marketing to women in a certain way, I think there's a million different reasons.

I just think that no one caters to women in these areas or in advertisements. I also think that women can be timid in expressing their pleasure in viewing such things. Although when you see girls acting like frat boys in Things like Girls Gone WIld...it makes you wonder.
