Has anyone purchased one yet?

I am really leaning towards it. $400 bucks seems like alot, but I buy alot of books. At $9.99 the average savings of 10-15 bucks can give a return on investment very quickly.

The only major drawback I see currently is that it only uses EVDO (cellphone data technology) and there is no wifi built in. I am rarely, if ever in an area that doesn't have at least 3G coverage, so it isn't that big of a deal, but if I really need to get my Kindle on in Montana, I'm fucked.

I also don't like that I get the newspaper for free on my computer, but on Kindle you pay for it.

As far as reducing a carbon footprint and having a cool new gadget, I really like it.


So anyone got one? Reviews?
