what i would be though is disappointed that things didn't go how you planned them... i mean - you've worked so hard at it thus far, why take the short cut? imagine how fulfilling it will feel when you've achieved what you wanted, the way you wanted to....

and i KNOW your woman isn't going to let you do something reckless with your art either... i feel you and i appreciate that. just sometimes i feel like i just wanna hurry up and get to where i can just lock myself up in a studio for a month.... sometimes i actually consider embracing (what appears to be) inevitable "usery" [see: foul contracts] just so i can emerge myself in creativity and not feel guilty for lusting after a life outside of "chasing the promotion"...to kinda bite the bullet, and fight my way "back to me" later... i mean, all deals aren't foul, but i've heard enough (from inside people) to know most of em are, if they aren't foul natured by design... and i know, if i really tried i could "get on" (tho they'd insist on "packaging me")...i just go to work cuz i have to...but then again i guess we all do... i dunno...i feel like a kid/fool the more i talk about/want this... | |
