Well, it's quite NOT the same thing. Trust me, I KNOW what u mean as I tend to say "yes" to your question. Sometimes for me anyways, knowing that I could sleep with a woman is enough. But that's ONLY because I apparently didn't have a desire to sleep with her that bad from the get go. So from that standpoint, it was pure ego on my part and nothing more. But does this apply to a woman that I really do want to sleep with? Hell nah...It's NOT just enough to know that I can "hit it"....That's not going to help me sleep at night. The mere fact that I KNOW that I can sleep with her, because she has shown me or told me, combined with the fact that I truly want her anyways,...nah,..that's not just as good. I won't be happy untill I'm inside. Period.

i haven't been here for awhile so i'll just skip past all of this. Yes the knowing can be just as good. Ultimately sex is mental anyway. The thought of what you can get can create just as strong of a sexual stimulation as the actual physical especially if the attraction is strong.
