This is one of my pet peeves. Ive gotta have fresh sheets all the time or I just dont seep well. Ive probably gone 5 days w/o changing them. | |

I change the sheets on every bed in the house every 7 days like clock work
if someone is sick it can be 2-3 times in 7 days | |

I flip the mattresses each time as well and weather permitting I hang all the blankets out to aire each time and put the pillows in the sunshine as well  | |
