I've seen a man shave as well as put on his tie while driving. I've seen a woman apply her lipstick using her rear view mirror. I have seen a woman pull out her make up and apply her rouge, eyeliner, lipstick and eyelash thingy on a bus. I've seen people pick their snot on a bus  I wear lipgloss and I put on it while driving sometimes.  It's just lipgloss, it's not like it's a matte color. You don't need a technique for gloss.  I keep a phonebook in my car, and I have ordered take out while driving before.
