Yes, Phelps is a wonderful athlete. He also need to shut the hell up. No more press conferences for Mr. Phelps, thank you very much.
Just smile and wave, and leave the talking to other people, unless you want to end up looking like a retard again.

It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.
