I like you the way you are right now. But you are right, if you are unhappy; change it. I could never leave the good food behind and say "No, just one helping" It's now very clear to me that my eating disorder is still here and in full effect. It used to be a problem with not eating at all and now it's a problem with wanting to eat all the time. It's not normal to want to eat 7 cookies at a time.
Anyway, I'm very unhappy about it. And my doctor doesn't seem to want to help at all. I'm going to see him one more time to ask (one more time) to be put on that pill that helps people stop smoking - it also helps with food addiction. But until then, I am on a liquid diet only. I need to do that to cut out the cravings and get on track. Le sigh.  | |
