my dinner was crap.

i had a veggie salad from potbelly.

it was really, really, really gross.

i think the cherry tomatoes were actually rubber clown noses from a costume supply store.

it was vulgar.

and i had some wack ass "organic cola" that tasted like it was filtered through a dirty catbox.

to hell with it all, i'm eating nutter butters now. pout

I'm sorry, but falloff

You eat steak right? No matter how it's done you're eating blood, cooked to a solid or still in liquid form. This soup just has cubes of the stuff that have been boiled. 'Guayjap' is so healthy, and great for hangovers too. smile

Grilled steak is not simmering in liquid blood. The flames lick all loose liquids albeit fat and or blood. Cubes of blood placed in a liquid stock remain constant.

In the end, last night I grilled some fish in mirin & miso, topped over a simple bed of mixed salad greens (I think it was radicchio, mache, and a little arugula). I had a peach yogurt drink on the side.

Well, I like my steak medium rare and I expect a bit of blood to ooze out when I cut it. drool I don't really see the difference. Medic? You might find it icky but it is good for you if you're not squeamish, which I'm not. I think Thailand has done that to me. lol

Last night a yummie Indian curry meal.

Tonight...the traditional cook together and have a romantic evening. I think we are going to make a dish that Steve (Predom) & his beautiful Italian wife cooked for us. It is a gorgeous pasta dish with cream & vodka.
