I just had the loveliest dinner EVER!

Started with baked yam crisps with kalamata avocado dip.

Then had fennel-ginger tempeh with sauteed leek tops on a bed of quinoa. And nice glass of an argentian pinot grigio.

And finished with mango pudding with bitter chocolate, brazil nut avocado and tamarind.






What did you have for dinner?

VEGAN Thai curry mushrooms with onions, green peppers, and zuccinni. It was amessing.

My niece (who's turning 18 in a week) announced to me today she's now vegetarian. I'm so rubbing off on her!

i had a veggie salad from potbelly.

it was really, really, really gross.

i think the cherry tomatoes were actually rubber clown noses from a costume supply store.

it was vulgar.

and i had some wack ass "organic cola" that tasted like it was filtered through a dirty catbox.

to hell with it all, i'm eating nutter butters now.
