I can recomend a product called 'Optimum Nutrition - serious mass'. It is a high calorie drink, low in fat, full of essential vitamins and minerals and over 50g of protein. Each serving contains 1,250 calories. If you mix it with milk then you are looking at over 1,500 hundred calories per serving. I drink 2 a day along with my normal diet. I am a thai boxer and i also do alot of outside training e.g. running skipping so i lose weight extremely fast. I find the stuff i mentioned helps me not only maintain my weight but add extra muscle when used in conjunction with my training.
If you added just one of these drinks to your daily diet it would be impossible not to add more weight. If you are female, that is more than half your calorific RDA and it contains everything you'll need to gain weight without the crap that comes in most high calorie foods. [Edited 9/1/08 6:35am] | |
