I know, right? Even though you're doing just fine at the weight you are, mister! I could actually use the weight loss. I look better that way.

Protein shakes all day, eat tons of meat, lift weights, sit on your ass. That should do it. Lucky bastid! mad

Actually, Hounster's not that far off. Of course this depends on how much weight you wanna put on, but cut down on the cardio, eat foods that had parents, lift weights (muscle weighs more than fat) but lifty heavy weight with low reps (6-10 reps), eat 3 times a day, and at least 1 meal after 9PM, and protein shakes will add to it. But get some help from someone that can taper something like that to solely fit you and be extremely careful and monitor yourself, especially your heart.

"Hounster" lol I think I like it razz

Muscle Milk isn't gross at all, especially the regular version. Buy the big container & mix it yourself @ home. Expensive off the bat (I think they're like $40-60) BUT cheaper than individual drinks in the end. Try to catch GNC when they have a sale nod

Is there anyone out there that has HIGH metabolism and cant gain any weight??!!

Go see a doctor and tell him what your goals are and that you want to begin training with a personal trainer. Ask him to check you out and make sure you're OK physically.

Then hire a personal trainer AND a nutritionist. Sit them together and tell them what your goals are.

They will design a program to get you there. I recommend working out with a trainer, rather that going to the gym by yourself. Trainers keep you motivated and do all your thinking for you. They will also teach you proper lifting form and how to breathe. And they know waaaaay more exercises and drills than you can ever think up on your own.

This is the best and fastest way to get to where you want to be.

Hey man, the idea is to get the most results in the quickest time.

There's a reason that starting in junior high and all the way through the professional level, every single athlete has to get a physical before they can play.

I agree, although i have a trainer and nutrionist.. i don't pay extra for it.. I work for Citigroup and i use the gym at the job so the trainer and nutrionist are available to us... i just schedule a appointment and tell them my goal and then they create a program for me to follow until i become bored and then they will switch it up
